LL300 LASER PLANE

Medium-range, highly accurate leveling solution

The Spectra Precision® Laser LL300 features a rugged design with "hard hat" rotor protection that provides superior drop and weather protection. Built to withstand severe drops of up to 3 ft (1 m) directly onto concrete, or up to 5 ft (1.5 m) when pushed over on a tripod means less downtime and cost due to damage caused by accidental drop or tipover…and lower repair costs over the life of the product.

The LL300's fully automatic self-leveling capability provides fast, accurate setup. Rechargeable Ni-Cad battery pack or alkaline batteries keeps the unit working with no downtime due to power loss. Single cross-axis manual slope mode with cross-axis self-leveling allows grade matching for basic slope work, while maintaining accuracy in the cross-slope.

Features & Benefits:

  • Increases productivity with fast setups, fewer mechanical parts, and automatic self-leveling
  • Maintains performance even in rainy, dusty and other harsh job site and weather conditions
  • Durable design reduces downtime due to drops and tripod tipovers
  • Minimizes power costs, increases reliability with choice of rechargeable or alkaline batteries
  • Increases flexibility with remote control slope option
  • Comes with choice of HR350 or CR600 receivers so you can choose the best option to suit your application

Applications:

  • Checking/setting elevations, concrete forms, footings, and foundations for small- and medium-sized jobs
  • Basic slope work such as driveways and ramps
  • Excavations, digging footings and septic tanks

Spectra Precision Laser HL450 Laserometer

Highly versatile receiver for basic and advanced leveling and aligning applications

HL450

The Spectra Precision® HL450 Laserometer is an easy-to-use tool that accurately measures elevations across the site, and is ideal for use with any rotating transmitter.

The HL450 features a digital readout of elevation that provides a numeric display of ± 40 mm or ±1.5 inches. The readout is displayed on the large front and rear LCD’s and shows exactly how far the elevation is from on-grade. Accurate measurements can be made without moving the rod clamp, saving time and increasing productivity.

The HL450 has a 102 mm (4 inch) reception height, double the typical industry standard, which allows quick acquisition of the laser beam. Also included is a patented anti-strobe sensor that prevents construction lights from setting off the receiver and makes it easier to identify the laser beam signals.

The Laserometer is designed to survive the tough construction site conditions. It is totally waterproof and can withstand a drop up to 1.5 meters (5 feet) onto concrete.

Features and Benefits:

  • Digital Readout of Elevation allows faster readings by displaying the exact numerical distance from grade, eliminating the need to move the receiver to get to "on-grade".

  • Anti-Strobe Sensor stops construction strobe lights from setting off the receiver and eliminates phantom strikes for easier identification of true laser beam signals.

  • Large reception height allows faster readings by acquiring the beam quickly, and makes it easier to stay in the beam.

  • Durable in tough environments provides less downtime due to damage or service requirements after accidental drops.

Applications

Setting and checking jobsite elevation and depth for:

  • Cut and fills

  • General grading

  • Foundations, forms, and footings

  • Excavations

CR600 RECEIVER

Versatile, accurate and easy to use for a range of grading and excavation applications

The versatile Spectra Precision Laser CR600 receiver is designed for use by general, concrete and site prep contractors. It is an easy to use tool for accurate measurement of elevations across the site – and is ideal for use with the LL500 transmitter.

The CR600 can withstand harshest conditions on the construction site. It has a rugged, waterproof, lightweight magnesium housing capable of withstanding a drop of up to 3m (10-foot) on concrete.

The CR600 can be used as a hand-held or rod mounted receiver for a wide range of applications, including measuring cut and fill, leveling forms and footers, setting grade and measuring elevation changes. In addition, the CR600 can be used as a machine control mounted receiver for use on a backhoe, small excavator or skid steer loader. The CR600 is an ideal low-cost entry to machine control productivity.

With its 15-channel linear display, it does not require the operator to be ‘on-grade' to measure, as the high and low indicators allow the offset to the on-grade position to be directly measured. Moving outside of the receiver pickup area, the lost beam direction indication allows contractors to quickly recover the on grade position.

The CR600 is visible across the jobsite. The super-bright red and green LED elevation indicators ensure high visibility in poor light, at a distance and at an angle. Wraparound receiver cells with continuous pick-up through an operating range of 270° mean less setups and improved productivity, especially for machine applications.

Applications

  • Digging footings
  • Basement excavation
  • Checking sub-base materials
  • Setting and checking elevations
  • Leveling and aligning forms
  • Screeding concrete
